Mountain Trails Receives Federal Funding

Representative Neguse has secured $1.6M in funding for the Clear Creek Early Childhood Center's construction. See the press release from Rep. Neguse’s office. Clear Creek received the largest portion of the 14 statewide projects to benefit from the federal grant.

Clear Creek Schools Foundation (CCSF) secured the funding, with help from local government and community members who wrote letters of support. “The congressional funding for Mountain Trails childhood center construction will have a big impact on our community. This investment will support the learning and development of our children and allow their caregivers to increase their workforce participation. We are incredibly grateful for the support,” said Mitch Houston, CCSF executive director.
